A light clean-up of 0.002–0.003 thou is already included with our CNC ported head service. Select a depth below only if you require more material removed — typically to raise compression or to true a head that has been previously machined or warped.

Priced per pair of heads. Removing material from the head face reduces combustion chamber volume and raises static compression — if you are unsure how much to take, call us on 03 9746 6656 and we will advise based on your build.
This is a machining service performed on heads already with us or supplied as part of a head package. It is not a physical item and will not attract shipping.
