XForce Header & Cat Kit — FG Falcon XR8 5.4L Boss V8
The factory manifolds are the single biggest restriction on the 5.4L Boss engine. This XForce kit replaces them with proper tuned-length extractors and a matched pair of high-flow cats, freeing the top end and sharpening throttle response through the mid-range where the Falcon actually gets driven.
Primaries are 1¾" in a 4-into-1 layout, merging into 2.5" outlets. Both the headers and the cats are 201 grade stainless, so they cope with Australian conditions without the surface rot you get from coated mild steel.
